Reception and Interactive Experience with Author Barbara Seith
It's common to see a movie and think, "I liked the book better." Here's your chance to make the movie better and understand what writing an adapted screenplay entails. You will draft an outline for a screenplay based on Barbara's recently published crime suspense novel, "No Doubt." You will be challenged to decide on a timeline, and what characters, plot points, and visuals stay or go in translating the 11-plus hour novel into a 90-minute film.
The package includes 10 copies of the book and evening that includes interactively creating the screenplay outline and a reception. The reception includes food and signature cocktails, with Barbara Seith, at the exclusive Champlin Woods Clubhouse.
Private Author Talk and Reception with Deborah Goodrich Royce
Join Deborah Goodrich Royce for a book club gathering for 10 to discuss her third and latest novel, "Reef Road."

A Stained Glass Mosaic by Pete Ogle, Westerly, RI
Pete became a mosaic artist after retirement from a career as an aerospace engineer. He made and sold about 150 pieces during a ten-year period including tables, mirrors, windows, and pictures. As a lover of nature his work focuses on the beautiful things that surround us. Glass mosaic is a great medium as light plays off its many facets giving the images a sense of life. In this “Stripers at Dawn,” striped bass, looking for a quick meal, herd a school of bait toward the surface.

Bricks and Murals Tour
In September 2017, B.A.M. Westerly-Pawcatuck commissioned the creation of 15 original murals displaying the local history and culture of both Westerly and Pawcatuck created by Wall Dog Artists from all over the country and abroad, including local artists. These iconic images were painted on the sides of different building located around both Westerly and Pawcatuck.
